Our site in Burnley provides employment to almost 700 people and we are proud to be one of the largest private sector employers in Burnley.Your RoleAs a Special Process Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the robustness, compliance, and continuous improvement of special processes across Safran Nacelles and its supply chain. Working within a global, multi‑skilled team, you will support the qualification, monitoring, and improvement of special process installations both in‑house and at suppliers across the UK and internationally.You will contribute to the industrialisation of special processes, ensuring practices meet Safran, regulatory, and industry requirements—including NADCAP. You will support production by resolving technical issues, proposing corrective and preventive actions, and providing expert guidance to maintain product quality and operational continuity.You will also coordinate NADCAP accreditation activities, lead internal and supplier audits, support operator qualification, and represent Safran within the Group's Special Processes Competence Network. Your work will directly support product safety, process excellence, and the continuous improvement of our global supply chain.But what else?
