Digital Commercial Manager

Job summaryWe are seeking an experienced Digital Commercial Manager to lead and oversee the Trust's Digital and Data Contracts and software licence agreement function, ensuring; the best fit with Trust requirements, value for money and a high quality of service provision.The postholder will act as the lead expert for the Trust on Digital and Data contracts management, procurement process and routes to market and software licence agreements.This role may be eligible for sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. However, sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements, therefore, we recommend that you assess your eligibility before applying for this position.Visit duties of the jobTo ensure that there are robust contractual agreements and performance standards are in place with all third-party suppliers and that these are monitored on a regular basis, ensuring that the best value and service is achieved from the contracts.To monitor the performance of the Digital and Data contracts management team, ensuring that there is best use of its resources to provide the most efficient service to the Trust.
