Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure Project We're currently working with a leading specialist contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of the UK's largest and most prestigious infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to join a long-term programme delivering complex enabling works, working alongside experienced commercial and operational teams on a nationally significant development. The role will involve: - Managing commercial performance across major civil engineering work packages - NEC contract administration, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events - Cost reporting, forecasting and subcontract management - Procurement and supply chain engagement - Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience within: - Civil Engineering - Infrastructure - Ground Engineering - Piling or Heavy Civils (desirable) - NEC contracts If you're looking for your next challenge on a flagship UK infrastructure project, get in touch.
