Customer Service Co-ordinator - SAP

We are currently recruiting a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our Bangor team. This varied role combines both Service and Parts responsibilities, acting as a key link between our customers and Workshop team. You'll coordinate service bookings, keep customers informed throughout their vehicle journey, manage parts enquiries and orders, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of both areas. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, online bookings and face-to-face. Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle drop-offs and collections. Assist with warranty claims and administration, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and processed in line with manufacturer requirements. Promote relevant products and services where appropriate. Process sales and payments accurately and maintain strong customer relationships. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous automotive experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
