Electrician (Training into Solar) Field Based - Local Patch, Covering: Plymouth, Exeter, Torquay, St. Austell, Truro, Liskeard, Launceston, Falmouth, Newquay, Bude and Surrounding Areas. £38,000-£45,000 + Van + Bonus (£2/3k) + Training & Progression + Great Benefits! In this role, you will operate directly from home to commercial solar sites across the South West, carrying out fault finding, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive repairs. This is an autonomous position that offers strong work-life balance and flexibility. While rare, any occasional stays away come with a 20% uplift on earnings.
