Hiding Space started in Bath, where its Georgian apartments near the Roman Baths quietly became one of the city's best-reviewed places to stay. Now, under Providence Hotels, it's opening its first London home — in Battersea — and we're looking for the person who'll run it. This isn't a back-office role. It's the most visible job in the building: the person guests remember, the person the team looks to, and the one senior operator on the ground turning a smart, tech-led, low-touch apartment concept into an exceptional stay, every single day.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS PROPERTY MANAGER

Running the building, properly

• Owning day-to-day performance across every guest-facing and back-of-house area
• Walking the property daily — arrivals, departures, checking apartment readiness, presentation - together with CRO support
• Owning the relationships with key operational partners and service providers
• Being the senior operational presence on site
