Volunteer Strategy Lead – Growth & Development

Social Farms & Gardens | Ffermydd a Gerddi Cymdeithasol is seeking a Volunteer Strategy & Development Lead to create and shape the future of volunteering within the organization. This fixed term role lasts 6 months, starting in July 2026, and aims to implement a new Volunteer Strategy alongside the Programme Manager.

You will review recruitment processes and enhance the impact of our dedicated team of volunteers. The role is ideal for candidates with volunteer management expertise eager to support a local community organization.
