Our client, a global property group, is looking for a talented Service Charge & Systems Lead to join their team during an exciting period of change and transformation.

You will act as a knowledge expert, supporting various workstreams in data mapping, solution design, business change, reporting, integrations and testing. The successful candidate for this Service Charge & Systems Lead role will have previous experience in service charge and leading a change programme.

This role requires an immediate start and is projected to be 9 - 10 months.

The responsibilities of the Service Charge & Systems Lead include, but are not limited to:

• Act as the functional lead for service charge, supporting the adoption of new solutions and serving as a super user.
• Represent the service charge function in solution design, engaging colleagues to validate design decisions.
• Apply expertise to data migration mapping and testing, reporting definition, integration between systems, solution testing and ensuring business readiness.
