This one is about one child. As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you'll be dedicated to a specific pupil with complex SEND needs. You'll know their triggers, their strengths, their routines and their goals better than almost anyone else in that building. That kind of work takes patience, consistency and a genuine desire to make a difference, one session at a time.
