We're looking for an experienced AC Supervisor to join a growing business, leading a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in the field.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Supervisor or a Lead Engineer ready to take the next step into a supervisory position.
The Role Supervise and support a team of AC installation and maintenance engineers
Provide technical guidance and ensure high standards of workmanship
Carry out site surveys for quoted works
Support both the operational and commercial aspects of the business
Remain hands-on, with approximately 6080% of your time spent on the tools
Participate in a 1 in 7 call-out rota
Package £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
Travel scheme worth approximately £10,000
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Optional overtime paid at 1.5x

£150 standby payment for call-out rota
Requirements Proven experience within xwzovoh commercial air conditioning installation and maintenance
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
F-Gas Level 3 qualification
Full UK driving licence
