AC Supervisor £50,000 - £60,000 + Travel Scheme (£10k Value) + Overtime + Excellent Benefits We're looking for an experienced AC Supervisor to join a growing business, leading a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Supervisor or a Lead Engineer ready to take the next step into a supervisory position. The Role * Supervise and support a team of AC installation and maintenance engineers * Provide technical guidance and ensure high standards of workmanship * Carry out site surveys for quoted works * Support both the operational and commercial aspects of the business * Remain hands-on, with approximately 60–80% of your time spent on the tools * Participate in a 1 in 7 call-out rota Package * £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary * Travel scheme worth approximately £10,000 * Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm * Optional overtime paid at 1.5x * Fuel card * Parking expenses covered * 23 days holiday plus bank holidays * NEST pension * £150 standby payment for call-out rota Requirements * Proven experience within commercial air conditioning installation and maintenance * Previous supervisory or team-leading experience * Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills * F-Gas Level 3 qualification * Full UK driving licence If you're looking for a role that combines leadership with hands-on engineering, we'd love to hear from you.
