Production/Machine Operative

Concept Resources are currently seeking a dependable and dedicated Production/Machine Operative Oldbury to join the production team of our respected client based in Oldbury. Key Responsibilities: * Operate overhead crane (training provided) * Operate control panel on machinery * Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. * Perform regular equipment checks to maintain operational efficiency. * Keep the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations. Working Hours: * Rotating shifts: * 6:00am – 2:00pm * 2:00pm – 10:00pm * Monday to Friday Requirements: * Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential. * Previous steel experience is preferable * Previous overhead crane experience is preferable * £13.35-£15.87 per hour + Time & Attendance Bonus
