Vehicle Technician (Working on a Fleet of Forklifts/Workshop Engineer) Halewood, Merseyside Up to £41,400 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 6% Employer/4% Employee Pension + Life Assurance + Uniform + Parking + Specialist Tooling + Training + Career Progression + Canteen Double Days Monday to Friday Vehicle Technician role available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of forklift trucks.  This is an ideal role for those seeking a new industry offering full training. The role will be suitable for engineers from any kind of plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment. Automotive technicians/motor trade applicants will also be suitable as full training on the fleet will be provided. You’ll form part of a highly skilled team in a very reputable business.  The role is mechanical and electrical service and repair of used forklifts.  You’ll order any spares when needed and communicate progress to the Workshop Manager.  The role is based at a client’s site in Halewood. The Vehicle Technician Role in Brief: ·         Carry out service and repair work on workshop and service basis on a range of used forklift trucks. ·         Order parts ·         Mon to Thurs 6am to 3pm, Friday 6am to 12:30pm & Mon to Thurs 3pm to 11:30pm and Friday 12:30pm to 9pm The Vehicle Technician Person Required: ·         Experience of working on vehicles, HGV's, forklifts, Cars, plant machinery etc. ·         Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent ·         IT literate
