This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and successful team with both regional strength and a growing national client base.The RoleYou will be advising a broad and high-quality client base including regional and national businesses, developers, banks and landowners on a wide range of commercial property matters.Your caseload will include:Buying and selling freehold commercial propertiesLand acquisition and development workCommercial leases and landlord & tenant mattersSecured lending transactionsYou will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting ongoing growth, and working closely with an established network of professionals including surveyors, accountants and lenders.
