This Autumn, Sticks'n'Sushi is coming to Birmingham - our first restaurant in the Midlands, opening in the Paradise development on Chamberlain Square. We serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill, bringing a blend of Danish design, Japanese dining and generous hospitality. We're looking for a General Manager of unique skills. Sincere about providing genuine, heartfelt hospitality in a fresh food, premium full table service restaurant? Being the overall guardian of our culture and hospitality, ensuring consistent quality Leading with passion: coaching, directing and building skills on all levels within your restaurant, driving your Fish to be better (or stranger!)
