Senior Lettings & Sales Negotiator

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Lettings and Sales Negotiator to join our Kensington & Chelsea office. As a Senior Negotiator/ Negotiator, you will manage the sales and lettings of a portfolio of properties and will contribute to the growth of the office by meeting set targets and ensuring compliance with our Residential letting and sales SOPS. Additionally, you will help to build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential clients.We offer a highly competitive salary package which includes a fantastic benefits package including a variety of flexible benefits allowing you to choose those that suit your personal circumstances including purchasing additional leave, health cash plans, cycle to work scheme and so on!Main tasks:Register applicants on our software package (REAPIT)Maintain regular contact with your applicants and ensure they are offered suitable propertiesSet up viewings and accompany applicants on multiple viewingsSource properties from other agents (where possible)Network, search for and develop new business opportunitiesEnsure the SOPs for Residential Lettings and sales are adhered tooOperate in accordance to current Legislation Provide information, advice and feedback to potential and existing landlords and tenantsCarry out Market appraisals when requiredLiaise with clients throughout the marketing and letting/sales process providing regular feedbackFollow up viewings and provide feedback to our LandlordsDeal with and negotiate offers when receivedProduce relevant paperworkEnsure cleared funds, references completed, signed contracts and correct compliance are in place prior to move-inCover for other members of staff as required particularly during holiday periodsWhat will it take to be successful?We are seeking someone with proven property sales or lettings experience within Prime Central London, excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills.

You’ll be a strong team player, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also be IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software. Experience of the local area residential lettings market is highly desirable.
