Purchasing and Goods-In Assistant

Job Title: Purchasing and Goods-In Assistant Sparkford | Full-Time | Permanent | Monday – Friday | Pay: £13.00ph (40hrs pw) We are looking for an organised and proactive Purchasing & Goods-In Assistant to support our client’s procurement team. This is a varied role involving purchasing administration, supplier liaison, stock control, and goods-in support. Responsibilities: * Raise purchase orders using Sage 50. * Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and support cost-saving initiatives. * Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records. * Monitor supplier performance and resolve queries. * Assist with stock checking and goods-in processes. * Support procurement projects and day-to-day administration.
