About the Role

As a KS2 Supply Teacher, you will be delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across Upper and Lower Key Stage 2. You will be working in a variety of Retford schools, giving you the flexibility to choose when and where you work while continuing to make a positive impact on pupils' learning.

This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility, variety, and rewarding classroom experiences without the pressures of planning and full-time responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach engaging lessons across KS2 in line with the primary curriculum Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners Promote positive behaviour and create a calm, structured classroom environment Maintain learning records and provide constructive feedback Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching KS2 in UK primary schools Strong behaviour management and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
