Senior Estimator – Building & Civil (Refurb & Maint)

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Estimator to join the commercial team in Paisley. The role focuses on leading the preparation of accurate, competitive tenders for refurbishment and maintenance projects across Scotland and England.

You will review drawings and contract documents, obtain subcontractor quotations and manage tender submissions while identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability. Experience in construction tendering and strong numerical skills are essential.
