Supply Chain Coordinator - Fresh Produce

Our Client is continuing to invest in their continued growth with the supply of premium Fresh Produce to retail, process and food service sectors. With a direct supply model, they are seeking an additional member to join the integral Supply Chain team to manage fresh produce supply from source. The position of Supply Chain Coordinator will join the business at an exciting time of continued growth and will manage all elements across the supply chain, to include; Logistics management Coordinating direct deliveries Managing arrival & stock data Responsible for the review & sign-off of transport/logistics invoices Book & monitor all foreign transport to ensure planned deadlines are met Ensure any changes to schedules are reported & relevant amendments are made to forecasting, costings, stock levels etc. Working closely with a wide range of contacts to include internal departments, clearing agents, suppliers/third-party packers, hauliers etc., the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment is essential and will require the ability to build & maintain a strong network of contacts & relationships. We require; Previous experience in a similar Supply Chain role with knowledge of packing Fresh Produce at source Fresh Produce exposure across supply chain / logistics / forecasting / stock control Excellent communication ability, with Spanish language being advantageous Confident ability to work with/organise hauliers & clearing agents Excellent IT & Numeracy skills, the ability to use systems, spreadsheets, and multitask is key Graduate are welcome to apply. Location; London Salary; Dependent on experience offered Hours; This position will work as part of a team, covering 7 days a week on a 4-on, 4-off shift basis
