Execution Trader / Trade Operations – HFT / AlgoQuant Capital is urgently looking for an Execution Trader / Trade Operations to join our high profile client.Our client is one of the largest Quant Investment managers globally, with around 20 billion under management. They are mainly quant based but have High frequency and systematic exposure. The role sits with the trading team on the bleeding edge of technology as well as execution. The firm has a reputation for bright minds and interesting ideas for Alpha generation. Technology plays a serious part to their business in an operation that runs 24/7 globally. You will play a serious part in making the London office more efficient in its execution. Execution Trader / Trade Ops will:Responsibilities: • Handle execution across equities • Trade Capture across FX, Swaps and Options • Reconciliation with clearing • P&L Calculation • Systems Management / Trade Automation • Monitor automated execution flows • Advise on algorithmic execution methods through an understanding of the underlying market structure. Execution Traders / Desk Ops Traders MUST have: Degree in a Scientific or Quantitative field, including comp sci Excel VBA Experience in a buy side or Prop trading firm Equities / Derivs Experience of market Execution Varied asset class experience Ability to work closely with traders If you are a junior or mid level trader or technologist who is looking to work in a bleeding edge environment this is the place for you.
