Carpenter Multi - Southampton Salary: £35,265 - £38,234 per annum Location: Southampton Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per week Join a Busy Property Maintenance Team Voids An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance team working across residential properties in the Southampton area. This is a varied role within an Empty Homes team, carrying out carpentry repairs, installations and general maintenance works to ensure properties are ready for new occupants. A company van and fuel card are provided, along with opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and call-out work. The Role As a Carpenter Multi Trader, your responsibilities will include: 1st and 2nd fix carpentry Installing internal and external doors, frames and windows UPVC installation and servicing Locksmith duties including gaining entry, lock changes and repairs Fencing repairs and installations Kitchen fitting and minor joinery works Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating and general property maintenanceWhat We're Looking For NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or a minimum of 5 years' proven carpentry experience Previous experience in residential repairs, maintenance or housing environments Good understanding of health and safety practices Strong customer service and teamwork skills Full UK driving licence with at least 12 months' driving experienceWhat's on Offer?
