Assistant Site Manager Highrise Residential | South East London We are working with a leading develop who are now seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a high rise project in south east London. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a major regeneration project and work with an experienced Project Team. The Role. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the management of on-site operations, including subcontractors, materials and logistics Supporting the Site Manager in maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance Monitoring progress and quality control across assigned work areas Coordinating trades and resolving on-site issues efficiently Communicating effectively with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team Using digital QA / site management systems to track progress and qualityAbout You Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar on large-scale residential projects Background working for a main contractor, ideally on RC frame developments Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and quality standards Proactive, organised and solutions-focused Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Keen to progress your career on high-end residential schemes This is a Temp to Perm role
