HQ2609/009Admin Officer Team Lead CCMS (The Council for Catholic Maintained Schools) Lisburn Salary: NJC 27-30 £39,481 - £42,123 Term: Permanent Closing date: Monday 28th September 2026 @ 12 noon Admin Officer Team Lead The Council is seeking to appoint an Admin Officer Team Lead to provide professional support to Boards of Governors, Principals and Senior Management Teams of schools. Responsible to the Director of HR, Workforce Planning and Governance, the postholder will lead a team of admin staff and work closely with other officers of the Council in the interpretation and delivery of policies and procedures and with external organisations, to provide administrative support on a range of employment related matters to schools, school leaders, and Boards of Governors. The successful candidate must demonstrate evidence of excellent supervision skills; customer service; self-motivation and drive; the ability to effectively lead and manage a team; and prioritise and distribute workload across the team. Experience should also show a proven track record of self-motivation and problem-solving abilities. Essential Criteria Applicants should have at least 3 years experience giving advice and guidance onrecruitment and selection along with the supervision of admin staff. A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent Level 6 qualification. Desirable Criteria Preference may be given to candidates who Hold or are currently working towards a relevant professional or postgraduate qualification e.g. CIPD. or those candidates that have relevant experience of working within the education sector.
