Key Responsibilities • Lead the operational and clinical delivery of adult ASD (Autism) assessment and diagnostic services.• Oversee quality, safeguarding, clinical risk, waiting lists and service performance.• Provide clinical leadership across complex adult autism presentations, including differential diagnosis and co-occurring mental health needs.• Line manage and supervise non-medical clinical staff across the service.• Strengthen assessment pathways, clinical standards, audit processes and quality improvement plans.• Work alongside senior clinical colleagues to ensure services remain safe, evidence-based and responsive to patient needs.
