We are looking for a talented and passionate Spa Receptionist to join us as at the exclusive Maya Blue Spa at Titanic Hotel Stanley Dock, Liverpool.
About the Role
As Spa Receptionist you will be a professional ambassador responsible for the flawless service given at Maya Blue by delivering a first class welcome followed by a consistent guest journey.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an outstanding team renowned for their approach to training, career development and progression.
Our Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who has previous Spa Reception Experience and Pool Plant Experience (desirable) .
You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills and the ability to deliver an outstanding product and guest service.
You will be passionate about being a part of a team and Maya Blue Spa.

Excellent multitasking eg. bookings, cleaning and managing operations
Ability to meet tight and conflicting deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure as it is a busy and fast paced environment
