We're looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Lead to join our Marketing team and play a key role in the delivery, optimisation and continuous improvement of our digital marketing activity across Inspire Education Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure websites, campaigns, systems and reporting are operating effectively. You'll work closely with colleagues across the Group to support student recruitment activity, improve user journeys and help ensure our marketing operations are accurate, measurable and impactful.

What you'll be doing as Digital marketing Operations Lead:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of website content, user journeys and digital experiences across the Group.
  • Supporting website performance, SEO, accessibility, content quality and conversion optimisation.
  • Managing the operational delivery of paid advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate campaign setup, tracking, audience targeting and reporting.
  • Supporting marketing automation, CRM workflows, communication journeys and lead nurturing activity.
  • Monitoring digital performance across websites, advertising, email communications and recruitment campaigns, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintaining reporting dashboards and translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Supporting data quality, consent management, audience segmentation and digital compliance requirements.
  • Working with colleagues, suppliers and technical teams to improve systems, resolve issues and optimise digital processes.
  • Creating guidance, workflows and best-practice documentation to support effective use of marketing systems and tools.
  • Providing day-to-day support and guidance to Digital Marketing Officers, helping ensure consistency and quality across digital marketing activity.

We would love you to have the following experience:

  • Experience in a digital marketing, marketing operations or marketing systems role.
  • Strong understanding of website content management systems, digital campaigns, analytics and marketing technology.
  • Experience using data and reporting to drive improvements in marketing performance and user experience.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising platforms, tracking, conversion measurement and campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes, systems and digital performance.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, AI-enabled tools or education-sector marketing would be advantageous.
