Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Electrical/building services engineer Salary: £45/46k + door to door travel pay Location: Mobile role covering the south East. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Call-Out: 1 in 8 rota (£950 annual standby) Start Date: ASAP. The Role This is a electrically biased building services engineer , providing service, maintenance, and breakdown support across a portfolio of commercial buildings throughout London and the south east.  You will work on a  wide range of M&E Plant across their diverse portfolio of clients within commercial, retail and mixed used development contracts. Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance, and repair on : Emergency light test, UPS, Wiring, AHU, BMS, general plant room PPM’S. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs across various plant equipment Maintain clear and accurate job records via company-provided mobile device/tablet Adhere to health and safety policies and industry regulations at all times Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (1 in 8 weeks) Essential: 18th edition wiring and regulations Full UK driving licence Comfortable covering a mobile patch across London and surrounding areas Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Salary & Benefits Up to £46/47k basic salary Door to door travel pay Company van & fuel card Company mobile phone and tablet 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Pension scheme Full uniform and PPE provided Guaranteed 1 Saturday per month paid overtime Call-out rota: 1 in 8 – £950 annual standby allowance Long-term stability in a growing company with career progression opportunities
