This is a role with real influence — you’ll partner closely with leadership, contribute to standout campaigns, and help elevate creative thinking across the agency. If you’re driven by ideas and motivated to make work that gets noticed, we’d love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll be doing:Collaborate with two Associate Creative Directors to develop big ideas across clients and new business pitchesGenerate original concepts that translate brand stories into impactful campaignsContribute to creative work from initial idea through to execution, ensuring quality throughoutPartner with teams across the agency to deliver integrated, effective creative solutionsSupport and mentor junior creatives, helping them grow their confidence and craftBring a strong point of view to creative discussions while remaining open and collaborativePlay an active role in building a positive, curious and ambitious creative cultureQualificationsSkills we’re looking for:Proven experience (typically 5+ years) within PR, advertising or related creative environmentsA strong portfolio of ideas-led work that demonstrates strategic and creative thinkingAbility to develop concepts that earn attention and resonate with audiencesConfidence working across multiple briefs and adapting to different client needsExcellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and seniority levelsA proactive mindset — comfortable taking initiative and ownership of your workOpen to candidates transitioning into creative, including experienced Account Directors with a strong ideas backgroundAdditional informationTaylor Herring offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
