Position: Business Development Consultant - Healthtech SectorSuitable for: Someone with B2B business development or sales experience or someone with previous experience of generating new clients within the healthtech or recruitment sector Location: East Keswick LS17 (commutable to/from Leeds, Wetherby and Harrogate). Essential Experience / Attributes Required:Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Business Development Consultant or Sales Executive type role. Experience in B2B sales (preferably with Healthtech companies) is essential. Skills: Excellent communication, client relationship building, computer skills (ie LinkedIn), negotiation, and presentation skills. Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Desirable:Experience working within Recruitment, Healthtech or the IT sales sector is highly desirableIdeally you will have a UK driver’s license with access to vehicleKey Responsibilities:Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets to expand the company’s reach. Attending client meetings and networking events. Developing sales strategiesClient Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.Sales and Marketing: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company’s recruitment services.Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure business deals.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to senior management.To apply: Please follow the online application process and upload your CV, in Word or PDF format.
