Its finance practice is particularly well regarded for handling sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters and delivering innovative solutions on landmark deals.This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded debt finance team advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, refinancings and other complex domestic and international financings. Working alongside market-leading practitioners, you will enjoy early responsibility, direct client exposure and involvement in high-value transactions from day one.The successful candidate is likely to be between 2–5 years’ PQE, with strong debt finance experience gained at a leading law firm.
