Factory Operative - 4 DAY WEEK

We're hiring for Factory Operatives to join a UK-leading manufacturer! These roles require no previous experience as full training is provided. The positions are long-term temp to perm after 12 weeks due to an extremely busy order book. This work is located in Hixon ST180PF and you will need your own transport or live in Hixon. Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5pm. 36hrs per week (no Fridays or weekends!). Weekly Pay. Factory Operative key duties: * Ensuring production machinery is kept stocked with relevant materials to operate efficiently and continuously. * Quality checking the product * Packing lightweight products, making sure it is ready for delivery * Working within a team to ensure production deadlines are met * Various other roles around the factory. No previous experience is required for these long term ongoing Factory Operative / Packing Operative roles. Full training is provided.
