BMS Commissioning Engineer

BMS Commissioning Engineer Location: Glasgow Rate: £500 per day Limited Outside IR35 Contract: 18 Months Positions Available: 2 We are currently recruiting for two experienced BMS Commissioning Engineers to join a major project in Glasgow on a long-term 18-month contract. The successful candidates will have proven experience commissioning Trend Controls and/or Niagara-based Building Management Systems and will be responsible for the testing, commissioning and handover of BMS installations. Key Responsibilities * Commissioning Trend and Niagara/Distech BMS systems * Point-to-point and I/O testing * Functional testing and validation of control strategies * Fault finding and resolution of BMS and HVAC issues * BACnet and Modbus integration and testing * Configuration of alarms, trends, graphics and schedules * Witness testing and client demonstrations * Production of commissioning documentation and handover packs Requirements * Previous BMS commissioning experience * Experience with Trend Controls and/or Niagara platforms * Strong HVAC and building services knowledge * Understanding of BACnet, Modbus and IP networking * Excellent fault-finding skills * Full UK Driving Licence Package * £500 per day * 18-month contract * Glasgow location * Immediate start available * Two positions available For more information or to apply, contact: Nathaniel Watkins
