on behalf of one of our clients, the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS), one of the world's leading ophthalmology societies. EuroTimes
and
ESCRS Today
play a central role in communicating with ESCRS members, supporting professional education, promoting ESCRS initiatives and showcasing developments across ophthalmology. You will be part of the MCI team working in close collaboration with the ESCRS Medical Editors, Editorial Board, Society leadership and a network of contributors. If you thrive with a high degree of autonomy, in a role that requires strategic thinking and stakeholder management, with responsibility for both the editorial direction and operational delivery of the publications, we are keen to hear from you. What we are looking for: Experience in medical communications, scientific publishing, editorial management or a related field. Experience developing and delivering editorial strategies and content programmes. Experience managing publication production workflows, editorial schedules and publication deadlines. Strong writing, editing, communication and organisational skills. Project management and stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate input from senior clinical experts and professional volunteers.
