Lead Housekeeper – Care Home Leader

Meallmore’s Alloa home seeks a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and strict infection control across the home. You will report to the Home Manager and are responsible for maintaining schedules, stock and compliance while supporting residents’ comfort and dignity.

The role requires proactive leadership, excellent attention to detail and a caring approach to residents. Weekend rotation may be involved as part of a 37.5-hour week.
