Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in handling complex development transactions, including forward funding and forward purchase structures across various sectors such as student accommodation, build-to-rent, office, retail, industrial, leisure, hospitality, and healthcare.

• Advise clients on complex development transactions and investment matters
• Handle forward funding and forward purchase structures
• Work with clients across sectors including student accommodation and build-to-rent

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with xwzovoh 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate law
• Experience in complex development transactions and investment matters
