The project will see the construction of 60+ high-quality homes, across two six-storey apartment buildings. Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of this prestigious development from pre-construction through to completion. The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Works Manager to work in Guernsey, Channel Islands. Your main duties: * Lead the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. * Manage site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers, maintaining excellent working relationships. * Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, site procedures, and quality standards. * Monitor project progress, address any issues, and report to senior management. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status. * Manage the budget for site operations, minimizing costs while maintaining quality. * Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment to ensure timely availability for site activities
