The successful candidate will be involved in: Managing day to day workshop operations Planning and coordinating workflow Quoting for jobs Purchasing materials and tooling Managing orders and delivery dates Liaising with customers and suppliers Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Helping attract and develop new business opportunities Supporting workshop staff and maintaining a positive working environment What Were Looking For Good communication and organisational skills Ability to manage customer relationships professionally A proactive and motivated attitude Experience within engineering or manufacturing preferred Experience in a management or supervisory role preferred Ability to work independently and take responsibility
