Clear career progression - start as a Recruitment Resourcer and develop your skills with opportunities to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role and beyond.Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for live vacancies Advertising roles across job boards and recruitment platforms Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, availability and career goals Building and maintaining a strong candidate database Developing relationships with candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates Using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other sourcing methods to identify talentYou'll ideally have: Strong communication and people skills A confident telephone manner Resilience and motivation to achieve targets Excellent organisation and time-management skills A proactive approach to finding and engaging candidates A positive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to work effectively as part of a team What background are we looking for?
