About the role

Our client is a global luxury retailer, looking for a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Manager to lead the development and optimization of their CDP implementation.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and management of the CDP, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. The role centres on ensuring the platform is fully tested, validated and ready for go-live, before transitioning from legacy systems into a stable, trusted solution. The successful candidate will coordinate across business, technology and vendor teams to manage risk, drive adoption and establish governance frameworks, enabling scalable and compliant use of customer data across markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, management, and optimization of the Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure seamless data integration and optimization
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to drive revenue performance and customer experience improvements


Requirements:

  • Experience in leading large-scale projects, involving CDP implementation
  • Expertise in Customer Data Platforms, MarTech ecosystems and xwzovoh customer data management platforms
  • At least 5 years' experience in data-driven CRM teams, digital marketing, or CRM analytics
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, SQL, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

  • Hybrid working: 3 days in central London office
  • Salary: £70,000-£90,000
  • 12 month FTC
