You’ll play a key role in pre-construction estimating for a diverse pipeline of major builds, frameworks and negotiated contracts. If you're commercially sharp, confident in pricing from first principles, and ready for a senior estimating role with growth potential - this one’s for you. What You’ll Do: Prepare accurate, competitive tenders and cost plans Engage with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure best value Lead estimates from project inception to final submission Advise on procurement strategy and contract budgeting Mentor junior estimators and support team development Contribute to strategic bid planning and tender presentations What You’ll Need: HND/Degree Strong track record on large-scale building tenders Framework and negotiated contract expertise Ability to price from first principles Skilled in Conquest and On-Screen Take-Off Confident communicator with excellent commercial insight Preferably have SC Clearence or have had it in the last three years Why Apply?
