Vending Engineer

Job Title: Vending Engineer Location: West Midlands Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 The Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing vending operations team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing vending machines at customer sites, ensuring equipment remains fully operational and customers receive excellent service. Key Responsibilities of the Vending Engineer: * Service and maintain vending machines at customer locations. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. * Carry out routine preventative maintenance. * Install and commission new vending equipment. * Refill machines with products where required. * Maintain accurate service records and reports. * Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. * Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Requirements of the Vending Engineer: * Previous experience in a field service, engineering, or maintenance role. Particularly vending. * Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. * Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Full UK driving licence. * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
