They run around 50 Billion.You will be the Helpdesk manager for offices in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Systems administrators provide support, automation, and management for a wide variety of enterprise technology, including a sophisticated Windows and Linux desktop/server environment, cutting-edge storage and clustered computing solutions, and a number of communications platforms.The ideal Systems Administration Team Lead will have:· A degree form a top institution· Five to ten years of relevant experience.· Well-developed leadership, communication, judgement, project management, and organizational skills are essential, as is a proven track record of both managing a team and building out processes and operations.· Familiar with corporate IT infrastructure (i.e., the technology described above) and have a holistic understanding of how an IT support group operates.· Experience with end-user computing, automation, analytics and reporting, and customer outreach is required, as is familiarity with high-touch/white-glove service.This role suits a candidate who has had responsibility early on in their career, someone who has worked in smaller agile companies with continual change. You must be hands on and have excellent experience of working in a demanding or jack of all trades environment. You will also be a techie motivated by technology.
