Job Description   \n\n Sacco Mann is working with a highly rated firm who have an exciting opportunity for a Serious Injury Solicitor to join their team in Cheadle. You will join a growing serious injury team known for handling high-quality cases and taking a people-first approach to legal practice. \n\n This position would suit someone ready to step into a role with greater responsibility, strong progression prospects, and involvement in complex, high-value claims. \n\n You will take ownership of your own caseload of serious injury matters while also contributing to larger, more complex cases within the team. This role also includes an element of supervision and development of junior colleagues. \n\n As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will: \n\n \n\t Run your own caseload of claimant serious injury files. \n\t Support senior lawyers on complex and high-value litigation. \n\t Meet agreed performance targets and KPIs. \n\t Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members. \n\t Play a part in strengthening the team’s profile and market presence. \n\n\n About you: \n\n \n\t ~4-7 Years PQE in Personal Injury, with solid experience in serious or catastrophic injury work. \n\t ~ Comfortable managing files independently and working in a target-driven environment. \n\t ~ Familiar with case management systems. \n\t ~ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. \n\t ~ A collaborative mindset with the confidence to support and develop others. \n\t ~ Clear and effective communicator. \n\t ~ Flexible and willing to travel where required. \n\n\n What’s on offer: \n\n \n\t High-quality, impactful work within a specialist team. \n\t A supportive environment with a focus on professional development. \n\t Genuine opportunities for career progression. \n\t A culture that values people, collaboration, and positive client outcomes. \n\n\n
