We are working with a leading professional services firm who are looking to grow their Financial Services (FS) Reward practice. They are seeking talented and driven individuals and in particular, a Senior Manager to join their team responsible for advising UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients on Reward matters and ideally experienced in advising Remuneration Committees and management. You may be currently working as an external FS Reward Consultant or working in house within the financial services industry.

Candidates need to enjoy being involved with the business development side, including client proposals, presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. You will be able to take advantage of the wider leadership support to help build upon its success and growth plans.

Requirements for this role:

• Experience as a Reward Manager within Financial Services, that demonstrates strong technical skills as well as strong business development acumen
• Committed and driven individual who takes personal responsibility and accountability for projects
• Team player, someone who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines
• Analytically minded, curious and with a good eye for detail
• Strong relationship builder
• Flexible in approach, who can deal with a fluid, changing work environment
• Self starter, capable of working independently but also cooperatively in a close team
• Strong communication skills – written and oral
• Keen to develop own professional career and assist with development of junior team members
• Strong academics – Bachelor’s degree preferrable in an analytical subject
