Laser Machine Operator

Laser Machine Operator Grantham Permanent £26,043pa ASAP Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.15pm early finish Friday We are recruiting for a Laser Machine Operator as a permanent position with a progressive local company. This role is available for the right person immediately. As a Laser Machine Operator, you will be: * Loading and unloading sheet metal to be the profile burner for cutting * Deburring and cleaning metal down from sharp edges * Operating the profile burner machine * Quality inspection of work for defects or anomalies To be the Laser Machine Operator you will need an understanding of working with metal. This could come from an engineering background such as welding, cutting, fabrication, profile burning, laser cutting or similar environment. Hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm.
