The Role Working as part of a highly skilled maintenance team, you'll be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery and equipment. You'll work closely with production teams to diagnose faults, improve machine performance and support ongoing improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime Support machine upgrades and continuous improvement projects Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures Support the development and training of colleagues where required What We're Looking For Essential Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics and control systems Good understanding of health and safety practices Ability to work effectively as part of a team Also Interested In Applications are welcomed from: Maintenance Engineers Electrical Engineers Multi-Skilled Engineers Manufacturing Engineers Recently qualified engineers looking to take the next step in their career Desirable Experience within a manufacturing or production environment Knowledge of PLCs and automation systems Experience of preventative maintenance programmes Understanding of stores or spare parts management systems What's On Offer?
