Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel, Windsor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join a luxury hotel in Windsor, ahead of an exciting new restaurant and bar launch. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile refurbishment, working within a kitchen team that is shaping a refined, high-quality dining experience from pre-opening through to launch and beyond.
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section within a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen, delivering consistently excellent dishes that reflect the hotel's commitment to quality, seasonality and locally sourced produce. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation and service, while supporting junior team members during busy service.

The Person
The successful Chef de Partie will have the following:
Experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie within a quality kitchen environment
Ability to confidently run a section during busy service
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety and stock control procedures
A passion for high-quality food and consistent presentation
Calm, organised and professional approach under pressure
Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
