You will play a key role in supporting branch performance, driving revenue growth, winning instructions, and leading by example within the team.

Key Responsibilities Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch Drive new business opportunities and consistently win property instructions Conduct valuations and convert them into instructions Support, motivate, and develop junior team members Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Contribute to achieving and exceeding branch targets Maintain high standards of compliance and professionalism Assist in coaching and improving overall team performance About You They are looking for candidates with a proven track record in estate agency, ideally in a senior negotiator, valuer, or assistant manager role.
