Commercial Maintenance Plumber 📍 Glasgow & Central Belt 💷 Up to £40,000 DOE ⏰ 37-Hour Working Week | 1pm Finish Every Friday 🚐 Mobile Role | Company Vehicle 📄 Full-Time | Permanent We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established and growing Building Services business. This is a mobile role covering Glasgow and the wider Central Belt, carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. The Role 🔧 Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) 🔧 Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs 🔧 Fault finding and remedial works 🔧 Maintenance of hot and cold water systems 🔧 Pipework, sanitaryware, taps, toilets and associated plumbing systems 🔧 Minor installations and replacement works 🤝 Liaising directly with clients and site contacts 📝 Completing job sheets and service documentation 🚐 Managing your own workload across a mobile commercial portfolio What We’re Looking For ✅ Experienced Commercial / Maintenance Plumber ✅ Strong commercial maintenance experience ✅ FM or Building Services background advantageous ✅ Relevant plumbing qualifications ✅ Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills ✅ Professional and customer-focused approach ✅ Full UK Driving Licence What’s on Offer? 💷 Up to £40,000 DOE ⏰ 37-hour working week 🙌 1pm finish every Friday 🚐 Company vehicle 📄 Full-time, permanent position 📍 Glasgow & Central Belt coverage 🏢 Varied commercial contracts 📈 Opportunity to join an established and growing Building Services business If you’re an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber looking for a new opportunity, I’d love to hear from you
